Quality / QMS Manager
Job Description
Lead & manage the Quality Management System across all functions, ensuring sustained compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Own internal and external audit programmes, drive closure of non-conformances, and maintain all controlled documentation and calibration records. Partner with customers and third-party bodies during audits, FAI submissions, and PPAP approvals. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes; analyse quality data and KPIs; and champion root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) culture across the organisation. Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors, manage customer escalations, and work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and NPD teams to build quality into products from concept through delivery.
